Within religion and philosophy, the main areas being covered are Judaism (especially in its Spanish and Portuguese variety), Sikhism, Bahá’í and Islam. started as a link page under the name “Skrivarstuå” towards the end of the 1990s. Since then, the contents have been gradually steered away from the link page format and transformed into articles. With the establishment of the wiki version in January 2006, the long-term goal for is for it to become a comprehensive and independent reference work for Scandinavian coastal culture and minority cultures.
