Yangakób Kuli or Iaakob Culi (יעקב כולי), also known as Yangakób Ḥuli (יעקב חולי) (b. 1689 in Istanbul) was a Sefardíḥakhám who is mainly known as the initiator of, and writer of the first volume of, Mengám longéz — a multi-tome encyklopaedic commentary to the Tenákh.
